Do Something You Love to Fight What You Hate!

Do Something You Love to Fight What You Hate!

Do you ever wonder what YOU can do to

fight human trafficking and exploitation?

Are you always asked to just

give money

and give money

and give more money?

If you are tired of giving money being your only option,

you’ve come to the right place.

Now is your chance.

Your opportunity is here.

YOU can actually make a difference.

With it costing you any money!

But it will cost you something…

…something you love.

Will you join us this year to

Do what you LOVE

to fight what you HATE?

This is your chance!

You get to do something you love!

(Ideas: hitting golf balls, walking, doing pushups, playing the piano,

sewing hats for charity, lifting weights, running, hiking, whatever YOU love!)

When you do something you love,

and tell your friends, family, and colleagues you’re doing it

because you HATE sex trafficking,

they will support you!

They will give money,

(because they like you and hate sex trafficking too)

and everyone wins!

Those funds will go through SAFE

to the victims who need freedom

and the survivors who need healing

and our youth who don’t want to get caught up in this mess!

Every dollar brings freedom!

It’s as easy as these three steps:

1. Decide what you want to do for the month of March – something you love –  and set a goal.

2. Set up a campaign page at:  https://www.givesignup.org/Race/WA/anywhere/DWYL2025 (it’s easy!)

3. Share your campaign with friends, family, work colleagues, etc. and ask them to fight sex trafficking by donating to your campaign.

Then go for it

– do something you love –

and know your efforts will

bring freedom and healing to another human being!

If you need more reasons than that,

read the story below…

…this is what our work at SAFE brings to light.

Let’s do something we love to save HER!

This year SAFE helped spread the

My Friends are Not For Sale

campaign to more schools around the state.

A few weeks ago, the campaign was featured at a “Defenders Night”, a regional basketball event in Southern Washington.  Some of the biggest teams in boys and girls basketball came together to compete in the name of trafficking prevention.

All of the players wore My Friends Are Not For Sale shirts, and at halftime our teen advocates took center stage to educate everyone in the gym about trafficking and grooming.  The news even covered it!

It wasn’t long after the halftime talk, when a grade school girl approached our staff and spoke these words:  “I think this is happening at my school…”

As she continued, it became apparent that because of the educational talk at halftime, she was now able to put her experience to words.  We were able to listen and connect her to resources to keep her safe, and get in touch with her elementary school to ensure the exploitation would stop.

You have the opportunity to keep more school kids safe.

By doing something you love,

you can fight against kids getting exploited and groomed

at their schools

which we HATE!
